Aquarius Boats

Aquarius Boats was founded in 1969, and has been providing small fiberglass fishing boats since that time. Aquarius builds and services boats up to 28 feet, and they can handle anything from refitting to rebuilding fiberglass boats. They currently build their own plugs and molds for a 17’ flats boat, plus 19’ and 22’ center console boats and bay boats. Aquarius is located in South Carolina, and they sell through dealers all along the Atlantic coast and gulf states.

Aquarius Boats claims to have affordable, compact boats, and the company advertises its boats as being very dry riding, since they are designed with rolled gunnels. Boats also include molded in, non-skid liners to allow easy cleanup and durability. The 170 cc skiff is one popular model: This boat features a center console with Teleflex steering, storage lockers in the rear and bow, running lights, non-skid floor liner, ice chest, live bait well, and wood-free construction for a long-lasting hull. This craft is 16’11” long with a beam of 7’7”, weight capacity of 720 lbs, 100 HP engine, 21-gallon fuel tank, and approximate weight of 1000 lbs. Other models include the 151 cc skiff and the 170 cc center console.
