Beachcomber Boats specialize in pontoons that it produces in four different series lines: Classic, Islander, Fish n’ Play, and Fishing. The company is a small, family-owned and operated company established in 1987. The Classic series features an 18’ fishing boat that holds ten, weighs approximately 1,400 lbs., and has a maximum hp of 90. Among the standard features are a deluxe fiberglass console and seat bases, anodized railing, mooring eyes, continuous welding on pontoon supports, two large entry gates, a removable table, four fishing chairs, and an 18-gallon fuel tank. The 20’ Classic fishing boat has many of the same standard features but includes lifetime warranties on the tubes, plywood deck, and all-aluminum transom. It weighs 1,500 lbs, has 90 hp, and an 18-gallon fuel tank. The 24’ Classic sundeck model and the 24’ Islander both hold twelve people, have a maximum hp of 120, and an 18-gallon fuel tank. The 24’ sundeck model includes an AM/FM cassette radio, electric horn, and a deluxe helm with full instruments. Dealerships are in the US and Canada. Used Beachcomber boats go from $11,375-$28,995. Pricing on new and recent models differs from one dealership to another because of transportation/freight and overhead costs.
