Cobia uses the best gel coats on the market so that the color of the boat will last far longer than other boats. The gel coat is the exterior color of the boat. Also distinguishing Cobia from other companies is the laying of the fiberglass by hand and its use of a high-density urethane board reinforced with fiberglass on its transom. The 256 is 25’'926”'94 long, has a draft of 17”'94, and a 162-gallon fuel capacity. Its maximum hp is 350 with an approximate weight of 4,000 lbs.
