Ferretti Boats

Italian based Ferretti Yachts produces high end motoryachts with a flying bridge. Ferretti history begins in 1968 when Norberto Ferretti interested his brother Alessandro in selling boats. By 1971, the two has built their first boat together – a small wooden sail boat with a motor for better handling in low wind. It took only nine years for the brothers to grow out of their small sailboats and into the world of motoryachts. The Ferretti Yacht Division was established in 2002 and the name Ferretti has grown to be one of the most familiar and famous in yachting history. There are currently twelve models to choose from starting at 47’ in length. The official Ferretti website includes technical data, boat layouts, photo galleries and videos for the most discriminate of buyers. Sales prices for new Ferretti yachts are not listed on the website. When building personalized yachts from 48’ to 88’, the company lends the basic design and the customer upgrades and customizes from there. Finding two Ferretti yachts that are exactly the same would be very difficult as most are made to order. Used Ferretti yachts can also be found online through the official Ferretti website and private sellers. Luxury does come at a price, however with used prices ranging from $599,000 US to nearly $6 million US. Used models can easily be priced more than $10 million US.
