Marinette Boats

Marinette is a Michigan-based line of motorized yachts that are currently available new only on a custom basis. Marinette has been making boats since 1954, offering at the time, a 28’ and a 32’ models with an inboard V6 with an optional V8 for more power. Marinette boats have always been recognized for the characteristics that the boats enjoy based on its principle material, lightweight aluminum. Marinette had been mass producing boats more than 50 years, but since 1991, has decided to dedicate its resources to making custom boats tailored to its clients needs. Customers may now be able to make detailed choices in order to make their boat personalized.

Marinette boats tend to be popular for inland rivers and lakes. This is largely a result of the design and materials used in the boat construction. The current Marinette line varies in size from 15 – 50 Feet and a variety of sport fisherman, sedan, dual cabin or express models all built from aluminum on a semi-planning hull. Due to the design parameters and lightweight aluminum, Marinette boats are popular for their shallow chin angle, fuel efficiency and relative speed. Models vary greatly in price depending on size and options, however are on the lower end of the price spectrum for comparable boats.
