Offshore fishing boats are the specialty of Regulator Marine in Edenton, North Carolina. Located near the Outer Banks, Regulator builds tests and designs all models just a short distance from some of the roughest waters in the Atlantic Ocean. Once the builds are complete, Regulator boats are shipped to owners or dealers in the United States and some international countries. Boat lengths range from 23’ to 32’ with a new 34’ model just introduced. Boats are designed with ocean fishing in mind complete with live wells, rod holders and plenty of room on deck for fighting large fish. Regulator offers videos of each model in action on the official website and photos of finished boats. An online boat registry and fishing tales section of the site are also available to Regulator owners. New prices are based on order details and custom options so Regulator chooses not to publish a set price. Used prices on early models boats are higher than other competitors due to the prestige Regulator holds in the boating community. Used boats from the late 1980s and early 1990s can sell for $6,500 US to $20,000 US. Newer used Regulator models sell for an average of $84,000 US.
