Stratos Boats specializes in freshwater fishing boats and bass boats. The company builds wood free boats with a stabilizing system that provides a more stable fishing surface and smoother water ride. There are three series of boat created by Stratos – Bass, Excursion and Fish & Ski. The Bass Series is the most prominent with nine models.

Stratos Boats sells models complete with trailer and motor. Prices are given on the official website as base prices for a given model. Any upgrades would increase the price; substantially in some cases. The 176 XT is the smallest boat in the Bass Series. The model comes standard with Yamaha motor, trolling motor, fiberglass stringers, aerated livewell and 800 GPH bilge pump.

The 476 SF is one of two boats in the Fish & Ski Series. The boat is clearly created for fishing, but the Yamaha motor is strong enough for any water sport. Ski storage, rod storage, livewell and boarding ladder are all included standard to complete the fish and ski package.

The Excursion Series offers a bit more space and upgrades that come standard. Trolling motor, rear livewell, bait bag, custom fitted high back seats and rod storage are standard. The Excursion Series also come with a tinted windshield, unlike other Stratos Boats fishing models that come without windshields.

Many of the Stratos Boats models are NMMA certified and some models have been reviewed by BoatTest.com, Boating World and Game & Fish Magazine. Owners have the ability to share their Stratos Boats stories on the Stratosfaction portion of the official website. Available features and stability are the two most recognized characteristics owners love. Many owners have purchased used Stratos Boats that are more than 20 years old, yet continue to be in pristine condition.

Prices for Stratos Boats will vary based on length, model and year. New models range from $15,000 to $50,000 while older models can be purchased for as little as $1,150. Stratos offers a long list of upgrades which could also impact the price of a new or used boat.

Featured models of Stratos Boats are 176 XT, 186 XT, 200 XL, 201 XLE, 201 XL, 275 XL, 285 XL, 294 XLE, 294 XL, 183 Elite, 202 Elite, 210 Elite, 476 SF, 486 SF, 385 XF, 386 XF, 1760 DV.

Anyone looking for a fish or ski boat created without wood should look into Stratos Boats. The company focuses on durability and stability and customers notice the difference in the all-wood design. Prices for used Stratos Boats are very competitive, but buyers should note that the least expensive models are typically sold by private sellers so boats need to be checked out thoroughly before making a final purchase decision.
