Trophy is a brand of fishing boats that suit various needs. This company claims that Trophy watercrafts provide solid performance, and deliver an excellent saltwater fishing experience. As for the manufacturing process involved with these boats, it all takes place in Cumberland, Maryland. This manufacturing facility has been around since 1987, building Trophy watercrafts. The facility is 14.7 acres in size, which amounts to over 90,000 square feet of space. Around 200 employees work in this facility on Trophy boats. A couple of the awards this company has received over the years are the 2008 Customer Satisfaction Award, and the NMMA’s Marine Industry CSI Award.

There are basically five different types of watercrafts made by Trophy. These are Center Consoles, Walkarounds, Bay Boats, Dual Consoles, and the Rolled Gunnel Series. This comes to 17 different models total in the Trophy line. Some features you will find on these boats are rigid fiberglass framework, T-tops, hardtops, stainless steel cleats and bow eyes, a sturdy fishboat platform, PVC chases support, and DRS, which is a drainage response system. As with all boats, the prices can vary greatly, depending upon the model, and the options chosen for the watercraft. Just so you are aware, Trophy boats come with a 10-year structural hull limited warranty.

In the category of Center Consoles, there are four different options. These are the 1703 Center Console, 1903 Center Console, 2203 Center Console, and 2803 Center Console. The 2203 Center Console is a 22-foot, six-inch boat that weighs 3,200 pounds. It has a fuel capacity of 104 gallons, and water capacity of eight gallons. Some of the options with this boat are a 250 horsepower Verado, Mercury engine, coaming pads, a VHF radio, a cushion pack, a pressurized water system, a split high bow rail, and an AM/FM/CD – MP3 Sirius capable stereo with dash remote.

There are six different walkaround boats offered by Trophy. These are listed as the 1802, 2102, 2152, 2302, 2352, and 2359 Hardtop models. They are geared toward individuals interested in long distance fishing. These watercrafts come with full-height welded bow rails made from stainless steel, a large cockpit, and wide side decks. The 2102 model features a lockable cabin entry door, overhead light, cushioned V-berth, rod storage, a portable head, a removable table, as well as table storage. The engine is a 150 horsepower DFI, Mercury Optimax. This Trophy walkaround also offers a color-coded electrical system.

As for the Bay Boats found in the Trophy lineup, there are models like the 1901, 2101, and 2401. These watercrafts offer roomy decks, and aerated livewells. The Dual Consoles, on the other hand, are a little larger. The 2206 Dual Console comes equipped with a 200 horsepower engine, automatic bilge pump, cockpit courtesy lights, and a lounge chair. This boat is NMMA certified, and is built with a fiberglass foam-filled stringer system, handlaid fiberglass, and Marine-grade vinyl. The Rolled Gunnel Series of Trophy watercrafts consist of models like the 181 Bay Boat. This boat is touted as easy to handle, and great for shallow waters.
